Joyful Creations will handle every detail of your wedding, from delicious food to perfect settings
to WOWing your guests. All you need to do is supply us with a little information and we'll
put our creativity to work for you.
Step 1 - Planning
We'll meet with you and perhaps bring some food to sample. These meetings are very
informal. Bring your mother, the groom, or the entire wedding party. This initial meeting serves two purposes.
First, you get to know us and feel comfortable with us. Your wedding is special - you
need to be assured that we can deliver your ideal vision (and taste). Secondly, we want to get
to know you and your wedding plans. Will you be having a large reception? Will it be formal or casual?
What ideas for food do you have?
Armed with your answers, we can help you create the perfect menu for your budget.
Before meeting with us, think about your answers to these questions:
- Date and time of reception
- Type of reception
- Number of guests
- Budget range
Step 2 - Proposal
After the meeting, give us a few days to create a proposal for you. Our proposal is a detailed
summary of what Joyful Creations will do for you, as well as the costs involved. Once you have read and agreed
to the proposal, both parties will sign and we'll schedule your event. A deposit of 50% is required.
Step 3 - Reception
Approximately two weeks prior to the wedding, we will meet with
the bride and any others at the reception site to go over the placement of
tables for the reception, as well as any other details. At that time, the final
tally of guests is needed, along with the final payment for the catering event.
Any extra information that would help us set up is welcome - perhaps
a fabric swatch from a bridesmaids' dress or anything else that would
help us decorate the food tables beautifully.
On the day of the event, we will arrive at the reception site at least two hours prior to the start
of the reception. This is your big day! We'll take care of all the catering details so you can
completely enjoy your special occasion.
